Your Role in the Team

As Food Delivery Account Agent, you will:

• Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, and modifications

• Handle concerns related to deliveries, payments, and app usage

• Coordinate with riders and partner restaurants when needed

• Provide clear, friendly, and efficient support through calls or chats

• Ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applicants who are:

• At least 18 years old
• Living within Metro Manila or nearby areas
• Comfortable working onsite in Marikina/Quezon City
• Open to shifting schedules (including nights/weekends)
• Equipped with basic English communication skills
• A High School (old curriculum), SHS, ALS, or College graduate
• No experience required – we provide training!
