What You’ll Do

As a Retail Account Representative, your responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Resolving concerns to ensure a positive customer experience
• Providing accurate product information and assistance
• Maintaining high-quality communication standards in every interaction

Working onsite in Metro Manila with a shifting schedule, you will enhance your problem-solving and interpersonal skills while contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence in customer service.

What We Offer

To qualify for this role, applicants must:

• Be 18 years old or above
• Reside within Metro Manila
• Have strong communication skills (C1 CEFR level)
• Be willing to work onsite and follow a shifting schedule
• Be a College Graduate, High School Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate
• No prior call center experience required

Qualifications

Caldwell offers a competitive salary based on education and experience:

• College Graduate (Starter) – ₱25,500
• HS/SHS Graduate (less than 12 months experience) – ₱27,000
• HS/SHS Graduate (12 months or more experience) – ₱29,000

In addition to base pay, Caldwell provides comprehensive benefits including HMO coverage, paid leaves, holiday and overtime pay, and government-mandated benefits.
