We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in Davao City to assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information across voice, chat, and email channels while ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will handle customer interactions, address service-related concerns, and provide timely and professional support. You will also document all interactions accurately and follow company processes to maintain service quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
• Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
