Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Telco in Davao City to support customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, and service-related requests while ensuring accurate information and high-quality customer service.

In this role, you will handle customer interactions through phone, chat, or email, assisting with account services, resolving concerns, and providing clear guidance on telco-related issues. You will also manage documentation and ensure all customer interactions are properly recorded.


Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
  • With at least 6–12 months of customer service experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with willingness to learn
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide guidance on account services, billing, and basic technical concerns
  • Assist with account updates and documentation processes
  • Accurately record all customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
