Healthcare Account Associate

Cebu City (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer or patient concerns through phone, chat, or email
• Explaining healthcare services, insurance coverage, or claims
• Assisting with forms and documentation
• Recording customer interactions accurately
• Escalating difficult cases to supervisors

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on healthcare systems and company processes

Qualifications:

You’re likely qualified if you:

• Finished at least High School or Senior High School
• Can communicate clearly in English
• Are comfortable using computers and multitasking
• Can work onsite in Cebu City
