What You’ll Do

As a Banking Support Associate, you’ll assist customers with banking-related concerns, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer support experiences. Your role is essential in helping clients feel confident, supported, and valued.

You’ll work onsite at Vertis North under a shifting schedule, where you’ll develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills while gaining valuable experience in the banking industry.

Qualifications

To qualify as a Banking Support Representative, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
• Have at least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE) or 1 year of Customer Service Experience (CSE)
• Possess good communication skills
• Be willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
• Be open to shifting schedules
• Background requirement: B2 profile
