Job Overview

We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Outbound Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you’ll reach out to customers, share information about products and services, conduct follow-ups, and assist with inquiries. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy speaking with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Explain products, services, and ongoing promotions
• Conduct follow-ups and customer outreach activities
• Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally
• Accurately update customer records and document interactions
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance goals
• Follow company policies and communication standards

Work Schedule & Training

• Shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training provided from Day 1

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-oriented with confidence in speaking over the phone
• Basic computer and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required
