Job Overview
We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Outbound Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you’ll reach out to customers, share information about products and services, conduct follow-ups, and assist with inquiries. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy speaking with people, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Explain products, services, and ongoing promotions
- Conduct follow-ups and customer outreach activities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally
- Accurately update customer records and document interactions
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance goals
- Follow company policies and communication standards
Work Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training provided from Day 1
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-oriented with confidence in speaking over the phone
- Basic computer and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required
