Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Retail Account is responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, order tracking, purchases, returns, exchanges, and general retail support. The primary goal is to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience by providing accurate information and resolving concerns efficiently. This is an entry-level, full-time, onsite role located in Davao City, offering a monthly salary of up to ₱26,000 along with comprehensive benefits and paid training from day one.


Qualifications

    • Educational Background: High School or Senior High School graduate (having college-level education or a degree is an advantage).

    • Experience: No prior experience is required; the role is fully open to fresh graduates and career shifters.

    • Communication Skills: Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Technical & Soft Skills: Basic computer skills, the ability to multitask, a strong customer service orientation, and close attention to detail.

    • Work Flexibility: Willingness to work 100% onsite in Davao City on shifting schedules (including weekends, nights, and holidays).


Key Responsibilities

    • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries regarding retail products and services through phone, chat, or email.

    • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling exchanges.

    • Information Provision: Deliver accurate details regarding product features, pricing, and availability.

    • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.

    • Documentation: Accurately log and document all customer interactions within the system.

    • Escalation: Route complex or specialized customer issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

    • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
