Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Insurance Account is responsible for assisting customers with insurance policy inquiries, coverage details, claims support, billing concerns, and account updates. The primary goal is to deliver accurate information and professional assistance while maintaining compliance with company and insurance industry guidelines. This is an entry-level, full-time, onsite role based in Davao City, offering a monthly salary of up to ₱26,000 along with comprehensive incentives and paid training from day one.

Educational Background: High School or Senior High School graduate (having college-level education or a degree is considered an advantage).

Experience: No prior experience is required; the position is fully open to fresh graduates and career shifters.

Communication Skills: Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Technical & Soft Skills: Basic computer literacy, multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and a solid customer service orientation.

Work Flexibility: Willingness to work 100% onsite in Davao City on shifting schedules (including weekends, nights, and holidays).

Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding various insurance services.

Account & Policy Management: Assist customers with policy details, coverage coverage checks, claim procedures, billing inquiries, and policy-related account updates.

Product Knowledge: Provide clear and accurate explanations of insurance products, benefits, and guidelines to callers.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all interactions strictly comply with industry insurance guidelines and established company standards.

Data Logging: Accurately document and log all customer communications and interactions within the system.

Escalation Handling: Route complex cases or specialized policy/claim concerns to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
