Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Financial Account is responsible for delivering professional, secure, and accurate assistance to customers managing banking-related inquiries. This entry-level role is designed for individuals looking to break into the BPO industry, offering structured training and clear pathways for long-term career growth in financial services.


Qualifications

      • Educational Background: High School or Senior High School graduate (having college-level education or a degree is an advantage).

      • Experience: No prior experience is required; the role is fully open to fresh graduates, beginners, and career shifters.

      • Communication Skills: Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

      • Technical & Soft Skills: Basic computer literacy, the ability to multitask, a strong customer service orientation, and sharp attention to detail.

      • Work Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite in Davao City on shifting schedules (including weekends, nights, and holidays).


Key Responsibilities

      • Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding financial services through phone, chat, or email channels.

      • Account & Transaction Management: Assist customers with banking-related concerns, including account management, billing inquiries, transaction support, and payment processing.

      • Information Provision: Deliver precise, guidelines-compliant financial information and guidance.

      • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently to maintain high-quality customer service.

      • Documentation: Accurately log and document all customer interactions and transactions within the internal system.

      • Escalation: Route complex or highly specialized financial concerns to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

      • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet established targets for quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
