Work Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite in Davao City on shifting schedules (including weekends, nights, and holidays).

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email channels related to telecommunications services.

Account & Billing Management: Assist customers with billing concerns, account updates, service requests, and plan modifications or upgrades.

Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information regarding various telco products, services, and current promotional offers.

Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot basic connectivity, hardware, and network service-related issues.

Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to maintain a positive experience.

Documentation: Record and log all customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken accurately into the system.

Escalation: Route complex technical bugs or high-level network concerns to the appropriate tier or internal technical support team when necessary.
