ROLE SUMMARY
Caldwell Communications is hiring a Call Center Agent Davao for our Telecommunications account. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, billing concerns, and basic troubleshooting while enjoying competitive pay and paid training from Day 1.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
- At least 6 Months BPO experienced.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
