WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Chat Support Representative, you will:
- Assist customers through chat support
- Respond to customer inquiries through non-voice channels
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate or above
- With or without BPO or customer service experience
- Chat Support experience is an advantage but not required
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
