ROLE SUMMARY
The Chat Support Representative will assist customers through online chat platforms by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
This role is ideal for candidates searching for chat support jobs in Cebu City, call center jobs in the Philippines, and entry-level CSR opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain high-quality service in every interaction
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fast typing skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

• Shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
