WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes
Handle travel-related inquiries through phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information on schedules, policies, and pricing
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Document customer interactions accurately
Escalate complex travel concerns when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good English communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Interest in travel and customer service
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
