WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist customers through phone, chat, or email
Answer inquiries and provide accurate information
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
Maintain professionalism and empathy during every interaction
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex concerns when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Customer-focused and willing to learn
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
