The position is Customer Service Representative (CSR). However, applicants must have relevant digital advertising or digital marketing experience because the account involves supporting customers with digital advertising-related products and services.

As a Customer Service Representative, you may be responsible for:

Meta Ads
Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or Meta Ads Manager is also valuable.
SEO
Candidates with experience in keyword research, website optimization, content optimization, or Google Search Console are welcome to apply.
Digital Marketing
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign results, or working with online marketing platforms can also qualify.
Digital Marketing Metrics
Candidates familiar with CTR, CPC, conversions, conversion rate, and ROAS may have an advantage when supporting customers with advertising-related concerns.
