ROLE SUMMARY
Caldwell Communications is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare and Retail accounts in Davao City.
Whether you're a fresh graduate, career shifter, or looking for your first BPO opportunity, we provide paid training to help you succeed. You'll assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with healthcare or retail-related concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, benefits, orders, or account details
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, ALS Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
- No BPO experience required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused with a willingness to learn
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
