ROLE SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative – Insurance Account will assist customers with insurance policy inquiries, coverage details, claims support, billing concerns, and account updates. You will ensure customers receive accurate information and professional assistance while maintaining compliance with company and insurance guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to insurance services
• Assist with policy information, coverage, claims, and billing concerns

• Support customers with account updates and policy-related requests
• Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and company standards
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
