Call Center Agent - Davao City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email regarding telecommunications products and services
- Assist customers with billing concerns, account updates, service requests, and plan changes
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and available plans
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity, device, and service-related issues
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex technical or account-related concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
- At least 6 Months BPO experienced.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
