WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist customers with banking and financial service inquiries
Handle account, billing, payment, and transaction-related concerns
Provide accurate information while following company policies and procedures
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Document customer interactions and account updates accurately
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support team
Maintain high customer service, quality, and compliance standards
Meet productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction goals
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
