WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist customers with healthcare benefits, coverage, claims, provider information, and account concerns
Handle healthcare-related inquiries through phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information about healthcare plans, policies, and available services
Resolve customer concerns professionally while following company guidelines
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex healthcare or account concerns when necessary
Maintain quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
