WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist customers with hotel bookings, room reservations, changes, and cancellations
Handle accommodation inquiries through phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information on room rates, hotel policies, amenities, and availability
Process reservations accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions
Escalate complex reservation concerns when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Interest in hospitality or travel is an advantage
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
