WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage details, claims support, billing concerns, and account updates
Handle insurance-related inquiries through phone, chat, or email
Explain insurance products, benefits, and services clearly and accurately
Process customer requests while following company policies and guidelines
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex policy, claims, or account concerns when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
