WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, tracking, returns, and exchanges
Handle retail-related concerns through phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions, availability, and policies
Resolve customer concerns and provide a positive shopping experience
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex retail or account concerns when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
