WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, or other channels
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available offers
Build customer confidence through professional communication
Meet sales, quality, and productivity targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/sales experience
Good English communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and willing to work in a performance-driven environment
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
