ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. In this role, you will engage with customers, identify their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and help drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or other communication channels
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available offers
- Build customer confidence through professional and consultative communication
- Meet or exceed sales, quality, and productivity targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
