WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist customers through phone, chat, or email
Troubleshoot software, hardware, internet, and connectivity concerns
Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions
Resolve technical and service-related issues efficiently
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support team
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/technical support experience
Good English communication skills
Basic computer skills and technical aptitude
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused and willing to learn
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
