WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, and cancellations
Handle travel-related inquiries through phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information on schedules, travel policies, pricing, and services
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex travel concerns when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or above
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Interest in travel and hospitality is an advantage
Willing to work onsite in Davao City
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
