Role and Responsibilities

As a Collections Account Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment concerns. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers in settling their accounts while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Your tasks will include:

• Contacting customers to remind them of unpaid balances
• Negotiating payment terms and offering suitable solutions
• Addressing billing concerns and resolving account-related issues
• Updating and documenting customer records accurately
• Following company policies and compliance guidelines
• Meeting daily and monthly collection targets

This is a full-time onsite position with a shifting schedule. Caldwell provides the necessary tools, systems, and support to help you succeed in your role.

Qualifications and Requirements

We value potential over experience. To qualify, applicants must meet the following:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
• Open to freshers and applicants without prior BPO experience
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Comfortable handling voice-based accounts
• Flexible with shifting schedules

Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset are key advantages for success.
