Role and Responsibilities

As a Retail Chat Support Associate, you will assist customers through live chat platforms, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to retail products and services. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer concerns, processing requests, documenting interactions, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

• Open to freshers and applicants with no prior BPO experience

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

• Comfortable with chat-based customer support

• Flexible with shifting schedules
