Role and Responsibilities
As a Shipping and Logistics Chat Support Associate, you will assist customers via live chat, providing accurate and timely support for inquiries related to shipments, deliveries, tracking, and logistics services. Your responsibilities include resolving concerns, updating order or delivery details, documenting interactions, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
This is a full-time onsite role with a shifting schedule, giving you exposure to a variety of customer needs and real-time logistics processes. Caldwell provides the tools, systems, and guidance you need to succeed in a fast-paced chat support environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
