About the Role

This Katipunan Utility Job is an onsite position located in Metro Manila – Quezon City – Katipunan and is part of Caldwell’s Utility Campaign (Voice). The role requires candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience. Applicants with 3 months of BPO experience with sales, or 6 months of telco experience, are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a customer-facing voice account, and above-average communication skills are essential to succeed.

You will benefit from weekends off, a permanent graveyard shift, and a stable working environment that supports both personal and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

• At least 6 months BPO experience

• With Sales, Telco, or Upselling background

• Above-average communication skills

• Must be living within or near the site

• Can start ASAP

• 25 available headcounts

• Permanent role with long-term stability
