COLLECTIONS ACCOUNT AGENT

Job Description:

  • Contact customers regarding unpaid or overdue accounts

  • Remind clients about payment deadlines and outstanding balances

  • Negotiate payment arrangements and provide available solutions

  • Handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully

  • Update payment records and customer account information accurately

  • Follow company policies and compliance procedures during calls

  • Meet collection and performance targets

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

  • With or without BPO experience

  • Good English communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

  • Basic computer navigation knowledge

  • Able to remain professional when handling difficult conversations

  • Open to beginners and career shifters
