Job Description
We are seeking a Telco CSR in Davao City to support customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, and service-related requests while ensuring accurate information and excellent customer service.
In this role, you will assist customers through phone, chat, or email by providing guidance on account services, resolving concerns, and handling basic telco-related issues. You will also ensure proper documentation and accurate recording of all customer interactions.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates looking to start a stable career in the BPO industry.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
- No BPO experience required — experience is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented with willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Open to shifting schedules
