Qualifications

      • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience, specifically with technical support experience in a call center environment.

      • Education: K-12 Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).

      • Technical Readiness: Must have a reliable internet connection at home for contingency purposes.

      • Work Setup: Must be fully amenable to work onsite in our Davao City office and flexible with shifting schedules.


Key Responsibilities

      • Handling incoming technical inquiries and efficiently troubleshooting customer issues.
      • Resolving software, hardware, or network connectivity problems with patience and clarity.

      • Maintaining precise documentation of customer interactions and technical resolutions.

      • Collaborating with team leaders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
