We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Healthcare in Davao City to support patients and clients with healthcare-related inquiries, insurance concerns, and service requests while ensuring accurate information and excellent customer service.

In this role, you will assist customers through phone, chat, or email by providing guidance on healthcare services, claims, and coverage. You will also help with documentation processes and ensure all customer interactions are properly recorded.

Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
  • Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Open to shifting schedules
