What You’ll Do

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers with technical concerns, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide excellent customer service experiences. Your role will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll work onsite in Cubao under a shifting schedule, gaining hands-on experience in technical support, communication, and problem-solving. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make meaningful customer interactions.

Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Currently reside within Metro Manila

• Have good communication skills

• Be willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City

• Be willing to work on a shifting schedule

• Be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS Graduate, or ALS Graduate

• College undergraduates and fresh graduates of any course are welcome to apply

• Applicants with or without call center experience are encouraged to apply
