Job Description:
We are hiring Call Center Agents to assist shoppers with inquiries, purchases, returns, and general account concerns while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide product and pricing information
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training:
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on retail systems and processes
Requirements:
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
