We are hiring a Tech Chat Support in Davao City to assist customers with technical concerns through chat support while providing accurate solutions and excellent customer service.

In this role, you will help customers resolve telco-related technical issues, provide step-by-step assistance, and ensure all concerns are properly documented. You will also maintain service quality standards while delivering timely and professional support through non-voice channels.

Qualifications

• K-12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
• At least 1 year technical support experience
• Experience in chat support for telco accounts is required
• Strong written English communication skills
• Basic troubleshooting and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Open to shifting schedules
