Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who will assist customers with inquiries, purchases, returns, and other retail-related concerns while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate product and pricing information
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training provided for retail systems, tools, and customer service processes
Qualifications
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
