We are looking for a Telco Support Associate in Davao City to assist customers with account concerns, billing inquiries, and telco-related service requests while delivering excellent customer support.

In this role, you will communicate with customers through phone, chat, or email support channels, provide accurate account assistance, and help resolve common service concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also ensure customer interactions are properly documented and aligned with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
  • No BPO experience required — experience is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with willingness to learn
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
