We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Chat Support Representative to join our team in Davao City. Qualifications

• Education: K-12 / Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum) or College Level/Graduate.

• Experience: At least 1 year of technical support experience in a BPO or call center environment.

• Niche Experience: Prior experience handling Chat Support for a Telco account is highly preferred.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written English communication skills with strong typing accuracy and grammar.

• Technical Aptitude: Basic computer knowledge, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously.

• Flexibility: Willing to work onsite in Davao City and amenable to shifting schedules (including night shifts and holidays).

Key Responsibilities

• Real-Time Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via digital chat channels.

• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical, billing, and account-related concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution.

• Accurate Documentation: Properly log and document all customer interactions and technical steps taken in the database.

• Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex technical issues to supervisors or tier-2 support when necessary.

• Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) standards.
