Job Responsibilities

As an Airline Booking Support Specialist, you will assist customers through chat or email with:

• Flight booking and reservation concerns
• Rebooking and itinerary changes
• Booking confirmations and travel-related inquiries
• General account and customer support concerns
• Providing timely and accurate assistance through non-voice channels

Qualifications

• High school graduate, senior high school graduate, college graduate, or undergraduate are welcome to apply
• With or without BPO experience
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
