We’re hiring Healthcare Call Center Agents in Cebu City.

In this role, you’ll help patients and clients with healthcare-related questions, insurance concerns, claims, and account inquiries while providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist with healthcare services, claims, and coverage questions
• Help process forms and customer requests
• Record customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction

Schedule & Training:
• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training provided

Qualifications:
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
