We’re hiring a Sales Account Representative in Cebu City.

In this role, you’ll help customers with inquiries, recommend products and services, assist with orders, and support sales activities while providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with orders, subscriptions, and upgrades
• Maintain accurate customer records and transactions
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Meet sales and customer service goals

Schedule & Training:
• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training provided

Qualifications:
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Strong English communication skills
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
