Job Description

We are seeking Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to assist customers through chat platforms. In this role, you will handle inquiries, billing concerns, and account-related requests while ensuring accurate information and efficient, high-quality support at all times. This is a 100% written communication role.


Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate.

  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants; prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and professional tone).

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, comfortable navigating multiple systems, and strong multitasking ability.

  • Attributes: Customer-focused, highly detail-oriented, and adaptable.

  • Work Setup: Willing to work 100% onsite at our Davao City location and open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
