Job Description

We are hiring Technical Support Representatives to assist customers with technical concerns and provide solutions for product, software, hardware, or connectivity issues. You will help customers troubleshoot problems while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot basic technical, software, hardware, or connectivity issues
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
• Document customer concerns and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
• Meet customer service and quality standards

Schedule & Training:
• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training provided

Qualifications:
• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
