Education: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduates, or Senior High School Graduates.

Experience: 100% open to Fresh Graduates and Entry-Level Applicants! (Any prior customer service, retail, or BPO experience is a great plus).

Communication Skills: Good verbal English communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional telephone etiquette.

Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.

Location & Schedule: Willing to work 100% onsite at our Davao City site and flexible with shifting schedules (including night shifts, weekends, or holidays).
