Caldwell Communications is actively seeking a professional Residential Chat Support Representative to join our growing customer service operations team in Davao City. This is a 100% onsite role operating on a shifting schedule. In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to customers through digital chat channels, handling billing inquiries, managing account updates, and navigating sales opportunities when relevant.

Qualifications

• Education: K-12 Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of solid BPO experience with a proven track record handling both billing and sales accounts.

• Skillset: Must have prior experience handling both Chat and Voice platforms.

• Technical Readiness: Must have a reliable internet connection at home for contingency purposes.

• Work Setup: Must be fully amenable to work 100% onsite and adapt to a flexible shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Key Responsibilities

• • Manage real-time customer inquiries through digital chat platforms with a professional tone and high typing accuracy.

  • Resolve complex billing concerns, process account modifications, and explain statements clearly.

  • Identify customer needs to recommend relevant products, upgrades, or services during chat interactions.

  • Multitask efficiently by navigating multiple systems, tools, and databases simultaneously to solve customer issues.

  • Document all client interactions accurately within the customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
