Qualifications

• • Educational Background: High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage).

  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates, entry-level applicants, and career shifters; no prior BPO or sales experience is required.

  • Communication Skills: Good English communication and strong persuasion skills.

  • Attributes: Confident, goal-oriented, customer-focused, and motivated by incentives.

  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Work Setup: Willing to work 100% onsite at our Davao City location and open to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• • Sales Interactions: Handle inbound and/or outbound sales interactions via phone or chat to promote products and services based on customer needs.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.

  • Product Knowledge: Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotional offers to potential customers.

  • Customer Journey: Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from handling initial inquiries to successfully closing the sale.

  • Service & Compliance: Maintain excellent customer service standards during all interactions while following company guidelines and compliance policies.

  • Data Management: Document all sales activities, customer details, and call outcomes accurately in the system.
